Allseating Launches Warranty Portal

The digital resource will aid customers processing warranty claims and enhance the client experience

TORONTO | CANADA - 2018 -Allseatingis excited to announce the launch of the brand’s new Warranty Portal: a digital feature on the company’s website that automates the warranty claim process. Designed to enhance the client experience, the portal will increase efficiency in claim turnaround, as well as record and track all information in one place, preventing potential communication errors.

“We are excited for the launch of our Warranty Portal, as it continues to demonstrate Allseating’s service guarantee, aiming to deliver on our promises every time,” says Josie Simone, VP of Quality. “Its user-friendly, intuitive interface was designed to simplify the warranty process for our customers, ensuring claims are resolved quickly, efficiently and free of error.”

As of February 23rd, Allseating customers looking to submit a warranty claim can do so by visiting Allseating.com and selecting, “Submit a Claim” from the Resources drop-down list. From there, the user will be asked to share relevant information and are even given an optional opportunity to attach images. Once a claim is submitted, users will receive an assigned claim number, along with a login credential to access and view their claim status. The login credentials will also allow the user to communicate directly with the company’s warranty team, while recording all correspondence in one place.

Covering all product lines up to 10 years on both parts and labor, a unique position in the market, the Warranty Portal eliminates redundant touchpoints between the user and Allseating, resulting in a faster resolution time and an earlier lead time for a fully submitted claim. The portal will also provide the quality department with associated data, which will assist in identifying any areas of the process that need additional improvement.
