FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TORONTO | CANADA - 2017 - Allseating, a Canada-based manufacturer of seating solutions, continues to gain momentum as the company prepares to reveal six impressive product lines during NeoCon, June 12 - 14th in Chicago. Dedicated to providing thoughtful seating designs that fits every environment, each launch represents the brand’s modern, forward-thinking ethos. This notion is best understood through the details of each piece:

Astute®:

This year, Allseating collaborated with acclaimed design firm, busk+hertzog, to craft a chair that is ideal for all settings: Astute. Astute is aesthetically pleasing and functional, transitional and collaborative. Astute’s custom capabilities extend to its back and seat with a variety of frame and upholstery styles. Astute’s frame is available in chrome, as well as 14 additional colors and two matte finishes. The chairs can also be specified in satin or polished aluminum or painted arms, as well as two matte arm finishes: Smoke and Black. The chairs, which can be ordered with a four-leg base, four-leg version with casters, and sled base, can be used in a cluster or individually.

Ayles™:

The Ayles lounge, designed by Tom David, Design Manager at Allseating, is a modern chair that provides the user with enhanced support. Taking form with a metal spring-back frame to support the lumbar, Ayles is designed to encourage its user to put their feet up when using laptops and tablets; with an optional ottoman for an enhanced seating experience. Ayles fuses business and relaxation with its design features, making the chair fit for a variety of settings, including executive suites, boardrooms, libraries, or hotel meeting rooms. Sleek finish options further this notion, with the chair’s upholstery available in any fabric, vinyl or leather.

There are additional variations as related to the chair’s base which include a cone mechanism in an aluminum glide base, aluminum base with casters and a black nylon base with casters. The knee tilt technology is amplified in the following customizable variations: an aluminum base with casters and a black nylon base with casters. Additionally, the ottoman is available in an aluminum glide base.

Entail™:

Entail is an innovative chair that provides continuous comfort, as well as an architecturally appealing aesthetic. Offering an integrated seat slider and dual-functioning, height-adjustable arms, Entail supports a wide range of body types and sitting preferences. Practical add-ons, which include an adjustable headrest and width brackets, as well as lumbar support technology, further elevate the chair's design and comfort.

Entail's appeal pushes beyond function, projecting streamlined style. Featuring a mesh back available in Jet Black or Carbon; smoke and black nylon frame finishes create a cohesive palette for each Entail seat. Any textile option, and 14 mesh colors to come, grant designers a customizable piece and ideal finishing touch of any office space.

Exchange™:

Artful and dynamic, the Exchange seating solution provides unlimited functionality, comfort, and elegance for all settings. Exchange, designed by Nick Gillissie, accommodates easy sourcing of furniture across an organization's entire floor plan. The system is one of the only of its kind that includes pieces that express all the functions common to open workplaces: benches; open-plan collaborative; private open-plan enclosures; and banquettes. In this way, Exchange delivers to interior designers the ability to create visual continuity from reception to the cafeteria, and throughout working areas.

A true marriage of a residential look with workplace functionality, Exchange can host a casual conversation or a plugged-in task team - configurations can be outfitted with tablets and power systems. Options also include tufted or non-tufted cushioning as well as variations of arm heights and widths. Tables will be initially with round or rectangular tops; privacy screens also available.

Each seat is made of injection-molded plastic frame. These lightweight frames snap together to build an infinite number of seating solutions from single chairs to benches, banquettes and conference-style arrangements.

Lyss™:

Designed by Carl Gustav Magnusson, Lyss™ is a piece that puts the ‘think outside the box’ mentality to work — a namesake chair that is elegant and unconventional when compared to its counterparts, yet functional and accessible. A design that exudes a sophisticated aesthetic, Lyss is perfect for a full range of environments - from hospitality settings to the workplace. Featuring a delicately curved cut-out in the seat’s back and an a-line base, the chair exudes a modern, mid-century style that appeals to upscale spaces with an accessible price point.  Lyss can also be celebrated for its use of a real wood base, which is complemented with a white poly shell backing and rich smoky gray interior shell; a brushed and polished aluminum base is also available for spaces following a more traditional office design scheme.

Tuck® Collection Enhancements:

Designed with high density and temporary applications in mind, Allseating’s Tuck Collection has been enhanced to offer even more tuckable, stackable, and flexible properties for hospitality, workplace and institutional settings. Endless combinations of hues and frame style, some which can be stowed on a coordinating Tuck Dolly, impart Tuck’s versatile nature and dynamic design elements, while the collection’s new storage capabilities grant additional storage opportunities for environments short on space.

Five new variations of Tuck are now available for any and every setting. Each product is available in 14 versatile hues that can be applied to Tuck’s frame and seat, whether it be in a colorblock fashion or as a cohesive one-hue style. The Tuck Flex has a four-leg base for added stability and its flexible back allows the user to engage in a rocking motion to allow for additional blood flow.

The new Collaborative Tuck chair is perfect for “break-out” spaces and invites team building exercises and casual meetings to become commonplace. Additionally, the Tuck Storage Tray easily mounts to the Tuck sled base granting space to stow belongings.

L1™

L1 captures flexibility and high design using an aluminum “T” shaped back; a vertical lever allows for effortless up and down movement, providing additional lumbar support. The chair’s innovative design aims to elevate the office chair aesthetic by seamlessly integrating the chair’s lever into its overall design, accomplishing a clean, sleek look. Designed by Jeremiah Ferrarese, Paolo Scagnellato and Emanuele Bertolini in collaboration with Allseating, L1 is an example of a workplace chair with functionality and flair.
