Allseating, a leading manufacturer of seating solutions, has introduced a new, simplified warranty policy on all of its chairs. The 10-year parts and labor warranty on all products helps streamline the warranty claims process and gives customers even greater confidence that their seating solution is designed to last.
“We’re always trying to find ways to make the buying experience as comfortable as our chairs,” says Gary Neil, president and founder of Allseating. “We all know that dealing with warranty issues is often frustrating. So we reviewed our existing policy and decided to overhaul it so our customers knew that our commitment to our product went well beyond the sale.”
The policy is remarkably simple. Allseating will cover everything – including all chair models and the components use to make them – for 10 years. This includes pneumatic cylinders, foam, thermoplastics, urethanes, arm pads and mechanisms. The company also will pay for all pre-approved labor costs.
The company even has implemented a dedicated Warranty Response Team to help customers navigate and solve their warranty claims in order to get back to business quickly and painlessly.
“At Allseating, we pride ourselves in engineering chairs that stand up in today’s demanding work environments,” says Neil. “So if you receive a chair from us that doesn’t measure up to your expectations, you can rest assured that we will swiftly investigate and solve the problem.”
Allseating’s new warranty is applied to chairs with an order date as of April 1, 2010. Chairs shipped before this date fall under the original warranty.
